Participants will view specific approaches for Career and Technical Education and cover information that is critical to the development of beginning CTE Teachers. Participants will explore Texas CTE Resources, Texas Gateway, and view other resources available for lesson planning. Participants will explore a variety of strategies for building a positive learning environment. Participants will explore strategies for implementing systems and routines in the first 20 days of school. Participants will explore Virtual Job Shadow to integrate career explorations.
